Live Detective provides professional investigation, consultancy, and due diligence services, including but not limited to marital investigations, corporate investigations, employee verification, background checks, surveillance, and related consultancy services.

All services offered are effort-based professional services.
Live Detective does not guarantee any specific outcome, confirmation, evidence, or result, as investigation outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond the company’s control.

2. Advance Payment & Allocation of Resources

All payments made by the client are treated as advance professional fees towards:

Case assessment and planning

Allocation of investigators and manpower

Operational readiness and logistics

Time, expertise, and administrative costs

Once payment is received, resources are reserved, and work may begin immediately, even if a field investigation is scheduled later.

3. No-Refund Policy After Initiation

Once the investigation, consultation, or any preparatory work has been initiated, all fees paid shall be strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Client dissatisfaction with findings or outcome

Partial, limited, or no evidence obtained

Client changing their decision or withdrawing the case

Case being resolved independently by the client

Delay, non-cooperation, or incorrect information provided by the client

4. Cancellation Before Initiation

8. Dispute Classification

9. Client Acceptance

By making a payment to Live Detective, the client:
